However, working from the comfort of your home can also make you complacent about properly caring for your skin. For instance, let’s be real with each other for a moment; most people only moisturise after having a bath/ shower and if you’re working from home, you may not have a shower/ bath until much later in the day which means you may not moisturise all day.

Juggling between household tasks, attending virtual meetings and meeting deadlines may leave you with no time to give some extra love to your skin.

Start your day by exercising

Exercising plays a major role in achieving breakout-free, younger-looking skin.
